We provide an explicit 30-Day Risk-Free Return Window. You have thirty (30) calendar days from the date tracking confirms delivery to initiate a return request.

2. Condition for Returns

Items must be in original condition, clean, and free of accidental damage or alterations.
All original packaging, accessories, cables, manuals, and parts must be included.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation number or purchasing email address) is required.

3. Step-by-Step Return Instructions

Step 1: Contact Support
Email hello@aerolifestyleshop.com with your Order Number (e.g., #AERO-1024), the item name, and reason for return. For damaged items, attach clear photos.
Step 2: Obtain Return Authorization (RMA)
Our customer support team will reply within 24–48 business hours with your official RMA number and our designated domestic return address.
Step 3: Pack and Ship
Pack the item securely with all original components. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outer shipping carton and ship via a tracked courier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Step 4: Inspection
Upon receipt at our domestic fulfillment center, returns are inspected within 2 business days.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility & Fees

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrived defective or incorrect, Aero Lifestyle covers 100% of the return shipping costs and provides a pre-paid printable return shipping label.
Standard Elective Returns: For elective returns within the 30-day window, the customer covers the actual return postage via tracked courier.
Restocking Fees: We charge zero ($0) restocking fees.

5. Refund Clearance Timelines

Once your return is inspected and approved, a confirmation email is sent immediately. Refunds clear natively back to your original payment card within 5–7 business days, depending on your card issuer's posting cycle.
